1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
- You contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
- The product is unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags intact
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Products that show signs of use
- Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Products reported beyond the 3-day return window
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will verify the request and provide return instructions if your claim is approved
- You must ship the product back using a trackable method; shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error
4. Refunds
Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis:
- No online payment refunds are applicable
- Approved refunds will be processed as either:
- A replacement of the original item
- A cash refund only in exceptional cases, and processed upon product return verification
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

- Include unboxing videos or photos to support your claim
